The Regional Joint Assessment Program is located at the Brantford General hospital in Brantford, Ontario. This program helps people with hip or knee joint problems. Patients are physically assessed and receive education on weight management and joint maintenance. As well referrals are provided for physiotherapy and aquatic programs. Information on lifestyle changes is given and x-rays and lab work are arranged if needed. Some patients may require joint replacement surgery. Who will see me ? To all patients
Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Plan to spend about 2 hours in the clinic. Parking is $6.00. You will need $1 or $2 dollar coins for the parking gate. There is a Tim Horton's coffee shop where you will be able to get something to drink and eat.
